“Great products , delivery very good. Shame the returns policy team aren’t as quick as the sales. Returned item and ordered new one. Wrong size. All done the same day. Received new product next day. Still not had email saying they’ve processed or even received the return 10 days later !!”

“Very good ordering and quick delivery service. Product itself (a Titan Pump) is good - connects to oru SUP well and pumps it up quickly. Could be improved with a stronger hose and a connector for the hose that moves independently of the hose itself to make attaching it to the body of the pump easy. I've also had a problem with the adapters (eg for use with an inflatable kayak) - the connectors don't fix firmly to the hose and need to be held in place whilst inflating. The pressure guage is good but could also be more readable for low pressures (eg for kayaks). Overall happy the purchase but product could be much better.”

“I wish I could say more, but I only just purchased my paddle board, and since the weather has been hovering around zero, I have yet to try it. I can however say that I did pump it up in my living room to see what it is like and very impressed at just how sturdy it is. It was not easy to do the last bit of pumping to get it up to the correct pressure so I will probably try to keep it inflated most of the time. Can't wait to get it on the lake!”

“I have had my Red Paddle Co board for 6 months now. I am struggling to see where the additional cost of this board is compared to many other much cheaper inflatable SUPs out there. The non slip surface marks very easily which is disappointing for something costing so much.”

“While it's a great company, I felt taken advantage of, when last year, just a week after I purchased my Red Paddle Co on a local store, the company announcement a newer model with five years of warranty coverage.”

“The board itself is good. But there are some issues: 1) The glue. After one year of usage - handle went out, absolutely dry surface under a blue mat. So, both sides of a handle got unglued from the board and totally torn the mat. Ok, i glued it. Next year the red fins gone for the same reason. And i still cannot find the right glue to place them back( 2) Paddle. I have a three-parts paddle, after 2 years it became one, because the main 2 parts "freezed" to each other together forever. I sent issues for the glue , but they said its not a warranty case, cause I have no checks for the board..”

“Great products but poor after sales service. Have contacted Red twice once about a splitting fin box and was told I was rolling the board too tight and to just glue it. The second time was when a carbon 100 paddle delaminated and was told that was because I used it, yes I bought a white water board to go on white water so did indeed use the paddle on rough water. Was offer a carbon 50 and a discounted price.”
