“Great training experience with great instructors (Ming). But the training guide in Kortext is not good. We paid for this training and we expect a better copy of the guide may be in PDF or whatever but not the kortext where it is too slow and keeps me log off from time to time.”

Thank You for the feedback Cristobal much appreciated. Unfortunately, Kortext has nothing to do with Red Education and isn't anything that we can control. Palo Alto Networks globally use this distribution method (similar to other vendors) to protect their I.P. from being stolen by overseas Grey Training providers and then sold illegally onto the market. It's a serious problem overseas. Hence why they can't distribute via PDF. I hope that explains the methodology, however, I do understand the inconvenience. We can only control the entire instruction and delivery process excluding manuals. However really pleased you enjoyed the overall delivery, our instructor and the virtual labs which we build, thank you for attending Red Ed.
