Hi Tommy, I'm sorry about the lab's experience and we have passed on your commentary to the Vendor. Unfortunately, we haven't built this lab ourselves, for this particular Vendor. It's their own internal one. However we have passed through your responses and they have replied that they are looking at it, I'm hopeful one day they may look to improve that experience? However we have built other lab environments for other vendors which we control so hopefully when next you study under us again, we will be delivering our labs on a different vendor and I can assure you the feedback we've received on our lab builds... have been very complimentary :)

“This course opens up my eyes on new approach to the management of VM and Clouds. Recommanded for those who endeavour Clouds Technology and Management. The Lab material and setup are quite well, except connectoin session was closed quite often which was annoying. Similar to the Kortext (web version) app which disconnected often. The instructor is very helpful and patient.”

Hi Kenneth, We've investigated the lab connectivity...we followed this up with Tsung who followed up with yourself, on the RDP session being disconnected a few times a day. After investigation, we suspect it's likely it was the local internet link that was having the issues as everyone else was OK. Thanks for your feedback and appreciate the 4 Star Review
