“Your instructors Knowledge of the equipment and professinal experience, is wonderful. But to gain the knowledge the students are looking for. Each student needs to have the ability to work on there own assigned systems not share. Also the equpment needs to ready when class starts”

Thanks for your patience. It appears a pod went down and unfortunately, you were forced to share. The alternative was no pod for one of you. If you haven't already been approached, I will task your account manager to approach you to obtain additional lab days. My sincere apologies for that inconvenience. It was unfortunate that this occurred, and I apologise. It should hopefully not happen again in the future, and it was a rare event; however, thank you again for the five-star experience even with this disruption.
