They delivered our Tv over 4 days late. Once you give them a much deserved 1 star review they will keep ringing you to try and get you to change the review. Even if you block the number they still leave voicemails

This company subcontracting owner drivers on Courier Exchange with 45 days(end of the month) payment terms and doesn't pay for subcontracted jobs. Keep your goods safe Stay away from this company

Worst company I have dealt with for years. Not had one reply from emails or calls, and no refund yet from a product I didn’t even receive. Buy else where or you money is gone for good

Ordered a fridge freezer, was unusable when opened. Numerous calls to reliant to resolve and numerous promises to call back with alternative, but didn't. They pretty much insisted they wanted to send hoover out to inspect ( not sure why when they have there own 30 day returns policy) waited up after a nightshift for the engineer to come and tell is basically it was unfixable, more phone calls,was finally offered an alternative ( it was blue, stated had to be white or black) asked for the refund which we had asked for the day after it was delivered, they insisted we had to repackage it up, not sure why when it was knackered, waited a further week for it to be collected - promised a refund within 7- 10 working days- another call back as 10 days passed no refund, had a snotty email to say they had received it that morning and it needed to be inspected, 11 days after the courier collected it, they had the inspection report from Hoover. Honestly I've never ever had so much hassle ordering an appliance - the whole process has taken about 5 weeks and the fridge was in the way in our tiny kitchen for 2 weeks, absoulute joke to be honest! Not sure how they can justify sending broken products and leaving the customer to deal with the aftermath, appalling.

Took £400 for a tv that broke within two months, and then refused to refund! THIEVES! By the way, THEY GOT SUCH A HIGH SCORE ON TRUSTPILOT BECAUSE THEY KEEP DELETING NEGATIVE REVIEWS, AS THEY DID WITH MINE!!

Purchased two Samsung speakers neither of which worked. Returned both with all parts in original pacakaging. Refunded for only one. They refuse to refund other speaker as remote is apparently missing. All parts were present when I passed to courier. This speaker in question has now been registered with someone else. Avoid this company. They are scammers and thieves.

Beware! Appears to be selling rejects with manufacturing faults. LG Fridge-freezer came with multiple dents. The packaging was fine so didn't seem like courier. The fridge was also switched on prior as it was cold suggesting they knew must have known about dents! They did not resolve satisfactorily. Lengthy process to get money back with no guarantees! Con artists! Huge item weighing 70kgs but couriers used Covid as an excuse to leave it by the door. They should have brought it indoors, unpacked and checked all ok!

We bought a new Samsung TV 75 inch from Reliant Direct TV of Blackpool .. We used Amazon .. The TV arrived and after 7 days it is making a loud buzzing noise every second .. We contacted Reliant Direct TV of Blackpool and they say they want to take it back and if nothing is wrong with it charge us .. We paid £800 for this tv and in a week it’s not working right .. Their attitude is totally wrong ... We will have to contact Samsung as we do not want a TV that does this after a week .. We want a replacement or our money back .. Be aware do not buy from these people

Terrible experience when trying to return a TV that was clearly faulty. Seeing everyone else's reviews and the difference between this and trust pilot I suspect they pay to have people write fake reviews. Same story as many others on here. Bought on Amazon with 9ne day delivery. Never turned up. 9ne week later I was still waiting for a 75 inch tv that I paid £980 for. Emailed reliant (Ironic name) asking where it was. As I received no reply by the afternoon and after reading others reviews I cancelled the TV and asked for refund. Having read others reviews it's been said that the currier they use don't work on weekends so why offer one day delivery on a Friday? This company's very UNRELIABLE. And it seems it's a lottery if you get your tv or not. Also All the positive reviews seem VERY generic...i think Aurthur Daley grandson runs this place...

I thought saving a few quid buying off the internet would be worth it, but it's really not worth the hassle if stuff goes wrong. 1 faulty tv delivered, turn collected, then having had to pay again, the wrong tv turns up - to cap it all I have to pay for it to be returned. Still waiting for refunds on 2 TVs. Ended up going to a high street retailer.... no problems !

Bought a 55" ultra hd tv Samsung and was delivered 2810/2018 By March just over 4 months the tv packed up, no power indicator, Seller will only psh you to the manuafacturer and will not take any responsibility or do the right thing for the customer. I have requested the owners name so I can send a pre litigation letter and then will be forced to issue this to court to let a judge decide, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Worst online experience in 20 years. And just think how bad websites where in 1998. Still waiting on a refund a week after it being returned. Mega slow response to emails. Will be raising this with my bank and PayPal to get it sorted. £469 is a bit chunk of money to be sat in their bank account, opposed to mine. I would give these a massive swerve. You cant even speak to customer services on the phone. They will only deal with you via email (or should that be called snail-mail).

Avoid them the plague. I bought an expensive LG TV from them and within days the screen developed a fault. I contacted them and told them and their response was astonishing...I would have to pay for a second set and then afterwards get a refund for the faulty one. They said I had to return the set in its box but I told them that the box had already been disposed of at the local tip. In subsequent emails all they ever said was 'you need to get the box'....totally ignoring the fact that this was impossible. As I said earlier.....avoid them like the plague

I think they sell seconds, I bought a TV for £1700 and it stopped working after a couple of years and they did not want to know. They said I should have taken out extra cover, they did not offer me this as an option when I purchased it, I wonder why? The diagnostic report they asked me to get completed stated that it was a fault not caused by me but they still would not help. Avoid them and get one from Curry's with a five year guarantee.

I was just about to purchase a 65inch LG TV when they put the price up on Amazon and their website..i have it in my basket at 2379..but on their website and Amazon its gone to 2599!! After reading some reviews here im worried to press the button as they are not answering my emails as to why?..this is not and doesnt feel right...back to currys I reckon for me..i have all the screenshots for evidence

Can not believe this company can still be going. Firstly no tv turned up, (purchased via Amazon). Then they got a wrong address, (which Amazon did not give them and neither did I) ... then when they refunded a month later they took out £50 for delivery when they never delivered the tv to any address !! Awful company the customer service people are rude, (Yes Matt you !!), and then promise managers to call and nothing, slow to response if they even do via email. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!
