“Got my filters, so happy. Have been buying the filters at a neighborhood hardware store, now gone. I will be 81 next month, so hard to find what I need, my house is 113 years old, and needs lots of love at times, too many times to remember. Again, thanks, now to get to the basement when I need to change the filters. The lady on the phone was so nice, don't have a cell phone so was concerned about getting info about delivery.”

“Product provided as requested. I was given an alert about a possible delay, a courtesy I appreciated. When I sent an email after the filter arrived, concerning a shipping problem, Beau promptly responded and offered to address the problem to my satisfaction. I was impressed with his courtesy and the company's readiness to please the customer. Would definitely recommend this company!”
