I think price is way out of line for type of filters. Bought before and can't see that kind of price increase. May be last order.

they wasn't made as well as the other filters i got from your company.the ohers ones had a better cardboard construction that hold the fibers.the new ones cardboard was flimsy.the other ones i loved because of better construction.some one did a better job on thoses.

I thought the wait time for delivery was curiously and relatively long after order was placed although within the time frame promised.

It took a little longer than I expected to receive the order once made and the box was mashed in on one side which then bent a couple of the filters. I'm not sure any of those are the fault of RTF.com. We bent the filter back into shape and made it work.

I wanted 12 filters I was told they were sold in packages of 24 I ordered the 24 package and was charged for 24 I received 20 unpackaged filters . I was refunded for the 4 I did not receive I wondered why I only got 20 when I was told they were only sold in packs of 24 and why I couldn’t get 12 when they arrived as singles in a box…..

I need to replace the box of filters received. I mistakenly received a size too small. I need a larger size of heating filter. I was told by email I can’t return the wrong filters. I need to find another source for the wrong filters. I should be able to return the wrong filters and receive the correct size heating filters.

Filters were correct size. The 8x24x 1 filters did not have the corners glued very well. I had to use hot glue gun to fix the corners on all the filters , at least two corners on each one. Pictures attached.

The only issue I had was that I was never given a delivery date or expected delivery date. After my purchase I never received any more correspondence. After two weeks I sent an email inquiring about a delivery date. I did receive a prompt response saying delivery could take up to several weeks. I would have liked that information up front. In the times we live in of 2 day deliveries, knowing it could take several weeks would have been helpful. Product quality was good and I've had no other complaints.

The price of greed continues to sweep the USA and these filters used to cost me $40 or so, now it is $80, guess I'll have to use them longer than before. These are not even the best filters, but are still costly. One day no person will be able to have a house because we can't afford the A/C. GREED IS DESTROYING THE WORLD

I hope that you were able to shop around before making your purchase and choosing to go with us for a lower price when compared to our competitors. We strive to provide the best pricing and service we can for our customers. Costs of everything have increased from raw materials, shipping, labor and everything in between. I can assure you any costs increases you have seen on our end have been directly related to the increase in costs from our manufacturers and shipping carriers, in many cases we are making less on an order as we have had to absorb some of the costs and have tougher competition from big box retailers and Amazon. We truly appreciate your choosing to shop with us.
