The product is way too fragile use as a water system. I was carefully rinsing the inside of the tank and it shattered in my hands. i was Extremely careful too. Unfortunately it ended up in the garbage. We have replaced it with a stainless steel model from Emergency Essentials.

I only received one of the 2 filters I ordered and paid for. I had to contact you AND send pictures to prove only one came. You sent me an email that you were an in-between, not the supplier. You should have gone to the supplier and asked them how many they sent, I shouldn't have to have sent the pictures to prove what I got. I have gotten an email that the other one has been sent but I have not received it yet. I will NOT buy from you again.

Well, we took a chance on custom-making a grill hood filter using a MERV 13 filter. Reports from the deli are that "It got more smoky today." Some customers complained. So apparently a MERV 13 filter isn't the right filter for a grill hood that circulates air back into the dining area.

customer service was very helpful I enjoyed working them they tried very hard to get my order to me and they kept on top of it. My displeasure was with how long it took for the second part of my order to get to me. The first part of my order came with no problem and only took about 3 days.

After a lot of searching, I thought I had found the filter I needed. You put the order in as the correct size. You TOOK MY MONEY. And, we received the WRONG SIZE FILTER. I asked for an RMA since the order was entered correctly but, you shipped a different size. No one has responded except to say that you can't get the size I need. However, you TOOK MY MONEY.

We needed the filters by a certain date, so we double-checked the timeline with their customer service rep and paid for expedited processing. The order was not only not expedited, it was late. Since it was late, the filters were useless to us. I asked them to cancel the order before it shipped. They didn't. Now we have a large box of useless filters just sitting here and we're out almost $300. Needless to say, we will remember to never use Remember the Filter again. Best to search around your area for an in-person HVAC supply company. Their prices are likely to be much better, and their service will be too.

Bought 12 filters and they were not the correct size even though the description said it was the correct filters I needed. Very disappointed!

I received the wrong order and wrote requesting the missing piece (12x24x1”. The response was a repeat of the original shipment (two of 20x20x1”). Now I have FOUR of the 20x30 and NONE of the 12x24”. Up til now the service has been great😡

Contractor Accounts and competitor pricing simply makes more sense I’ve been referring my customers do your website for over three years until I just looked in to the website and seen the pricing was much higher than competitive pricing at local retailers such as Ace Hardware ECT… I am not comparing to Amazon I do not use Amazon as a contractor I use distributors only I sent email to you guys regarding (contractor) account and never got a response At this point my referrals as a service contractor and all my employees Will be instructed to use air filter supply locally or another distributor after New Direct ship distributor would be located for my customers No response is simply not good business sorry

Hi Mike, I'm looking into this and apologize if you never received a reply to an inquiry. I searched our customer service tickets and couldn't find anything. Was your request sent to our support email? I also couldn't find any pending wholesale account applications. We would be more than happy to process an application for a wholesale account you, please visit our wholesale application page that can be found at the lower section of the home page. As with everything unfortunately prices are increasing but we always do our best to stay as competitive as possible. Shopping local is a great option and we support stores like Ace Hardware as well that can be located through our Filter Partners program. Many times they can save you money since they don't incur the high cost of shipping direct to a customers door.
