“Wasn't sure when I placed the order, wasn't sure when the arrival would occur, so I placed a phone call to simply inquire and received an e-mail about the delivery being included at the time the order was placed. I didn't mean to intrude on your work schedule -- just simply wanted to know about when to expect delivery. The package arrived a day or two after that inquiry. Thank you for providing the special sized AC filters for the last several years.”

“I have been purchasing these filters for a number of years. Each time I had received a 10% discount. As a senior citizen , I was looking forward to continuing that discount, but did not receive it this time. I'm sure your records will show past orders with discount and this last order not having one. I am satisfied with your product -as I have for prior years.”

“The perforations on the box were broken out by something thrown on top of it. The carrier tried to tape it up. However, one of the filters was damaged.”

“I have bought these filters before. They have to be made custom and fit well. The only complaint I have is there was no communication once shipped. No tracking. They just arrived on our doorstep.”
