“I love this product. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the glass seems thin. It would have been nice if the glass was thicker and more sturdy feeling.”

“Delivery took 7 days. It's kind a slow this time. The boix is smashed on one side and 2 of the filter was crashed. I'm not sure who delivered this, I live in a condo and it was left at the lobby.”

“Glad they have the product I need but I think they are rather expensive for being their own label / brand. Don't order when you need product, delivery takes several weeks.”

“After several messages back and forth, I determined the filter I was looking at was as close as possible to the ones I used to use. Placing the order went smoothly and the filters arrived promptly. IF my HVAC technician agrees that this is the filter for my furnace, I will definately order more as they've been discontinued. Very grateful to find you had this filter.”

“The filters are great but FedEx crushed the shipping box and a couple filters were damaged. They're still usable but just a bit wonky. The cardboard box the filters were shipped in was flimsy compared to my last order a few years back. Love the filters. Thanks.”
