“damaged order the first go around.... reached out to the company and they immediately resolved the issue (sent replacement filters free of charge)”

“Easy to find and order the filters I need. Once order was placed, I wasn't sure when the filters were going to be delivered and didn't hear anything for a few days until they showed up.”

“It's easy to order the HVAC filters I prefer. The website is friendly and shipping is fast. I do like the AAF Flanders Perfect Pleat High Capacity (HC) MERV 8 filters for home residential use. They offer a combination of high airflow which improves heating and air conditioning performance and protects HVAC equipment by not being too restrictive. I believe MERV 8 is ideal and I stay away from overly restrictive, higher MERV styles.”

“Would have rated it higher, but no email or communication around expected ship date. There is a place I found on one of their web pages that showed estimated time, but really should be shown on the ordering page. Otherwise, filters came as shown and at a good price. Thanks.”

“Great place for me (as a contractor) to always send my customers a year worth of filters at a reasonable cost that my customers can go to later and purchase again… Of course it’s not wholesale pricing as I am a contractor and send filters to the customer. so I often pick up my stuff at local supply houses when I purchase my equipment however I will refer my customers to this website if I’m on a standard service call the system needs a new filter and the customer asks me “what type to buy” I will show them what type they need and of course we don’t carry 1 million sizes in our service vans so of course we refer them to big box stores of online retailer 4 stars only for long shipping time”
