It looks like the plant made an honest mistake on your custom filter size and customer service was able to get you taken care of after speaking with you on the phone. “Quick response delivery much faster than expected. Easy to use website and they have what I need which says a lot for this obscure filter that is extremely difficult to get in their particular type that I need. I will definitely re-order. And I’d recommend them to anyone wanting to buy bulk filters and save the trip to the store or three or four to find them.”
