“We needed the filters by a certain date, so we double-checked the timeline with their customer service rep and paid for expedited processing. The order was not only not expedited, it was late. Since it was late, the filters were useless to us. I asked them to cancel the order before it shipped. They didn't. Now we have a large box of useless filters just sitting here and we're out almost $300. Needless to say, we will remember to never use Remember the Filter again. Best to search around your area for an in-person HVAC supply company. Their prices are likely to be much better, and their service will be too.”
