“I am very pleased with the person addressing my issue. I ordered the wrong size filters. When i called i only had to pay a minimal amount more in order to receive the correct size filter. The person i talked to was very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure that i received the correct size. This was the second time i had ordered filters thru this company and i will use this company again when i need more filters. Thank you very much for all the help i received.”

“Always have the filter that I need. We recently had to replace out HVAC unit. It uses a filter that is different from our original unit. Of course, I had purchased a batch of 12 filters a week before the old unit gave up the ghost. Remember the Filter easily arranged an exchange of the unused filters for those needed for the new unit. The cost of the returned filters was credited against the cost of the new filters. The process was easy and correspondence with customer support was smooth and productive.”
