“The price of greed continues to sweep the USA and these filters used to cost me $40 or so, now it is $80, guess I'll have to use them longer than before. These are not even the best filters, but are still costly. One day no person will be able to have a house because we can't afford the A/C. GREED IS DESTROYING THE WORLD”

I hope that you were able to shop around before making your purchase and choosing to go with us for a lower price when compared to our competitors. We strive to provide the best pricing and service we can for our customers. Costs of everything have increased from raw materials, shipping, labor and everything in between. I can assure you any costs increases you have seen on our end have been directly related to the increase in costs from our manufacturers and shipping carriers, in many cases we are making less on an order as we have had to absorb some of the costs and have tougher competition from big box retailers and Amazon. We truly appreciate your choosing to shop with us.

“Contractor Accounts and competitor pricing simply makes more sense I’ve been referring my customers do your website for over three years until I just looked in to the website and seen the pricing was much higher than competitive pricing at local retailers such as Ace Hardware ECT… I am not comparing to Amazon I do not use Amazon as a contractor I use distributors only I sent email to you guys regarding (contractor) account and never got a response At this point my referrals as a service contractor and all my employees Will be instructed to use air filter supply locally or another distributor after New Direct ship distributor would be located for my customers No response is simply not good business sorry”

Hi Mike, I'm looking into this and apologize if you never received a reply to an inquiry. I searched our customer service tickets and couldn't find anything. Was your request sent to our support email? I also couldn't find any pending wholesale account applications. We would be more than happy to process an application for a wholesale account you, please visit our wholesale application page that can be found at the lower section of the home page. As with everything unfortunately prices are increasing but we always do our best to stay as competitive as possible. Shopping local is a great option and we support stores like Ace Hardware as well that can be located through our Filter Partners program. Many times they can save you money since they don't incur the high cost of shipping direct to a customers door. “I ordered by phone, and that was a friendly and professional exchange. I have always been very satisfied with your customer service. I was concerned again with the delivery. The boxes in this delivery and the last one arrived damaged -- bashed in and punctured. The box in the recent delivery was also open as the tape had not been fastened correctly. Fortunately, this time the filters were not damaged.”
