“After a lot of searching, I thought I had found the filter I needed. You put the order in as the correct size. You TOOK MY MONEY. And, we received the WRONG SIZE FILTER. I asked for an RMA since the order was entered correctly but, you shipped a different size. No one has responded except to say that you can't get the size I need. However, you TOOK MY MONEY.”

“They are way too expensive. I used to pay almost half the price I'm paying now. I'm a single mom and can't afford to keep doing this.”

“My filters are a small size and this company had them and delivered them quickly. Just in case, I ordered a box of them. Had wondered if it was a good idea to order off the web from a company not known to me but this was a wonderful experience. They sent me a notice when the package was delivered. Very professional.”
