“This is a great service, I always have filters on hand. We have 5 returns in our house, due to it being an old house with multiple add ons over the years. They are almost all different sizes, we would struggle to keep them switched out if we had to depend on the big box stores, and the prices are much better with RememberTheFilter.com.”

“Easiest order I ever placed! I ordered filters (16x24x1) for a central A/C unit, and they arrived very quickly, and in the exact size I needed. Walmart doesn’t have this size—the closest being 16x25x1—but that extra inch makes it difficult to place the filter correctly.”

“Well, we took a chance on custom-making a grill hood filter using a MERV 13 filter. Reports from the deli are that "It got more smoky today." Some customers complained. So apparently a MERV 13 filter isn't the right filter for a grill hood that circulates air back into the dining area.”

“It took a little longer than I expected to receive the order once made and the box was mashed in on one side which then bent a couple of the filters. I'm not sure any of those are the fault of RTF.com. We bent the filter back into shape and made it work.”
