“I have a hard to find a/c filter size, 16x32x1. RTF site is easy to navigate, the right order came quite quickly. Good experience. The delivery box was busted open at the perforations, but the filters were not damaged. That perforated box seems like a problem waiting to happen often.”

A custom fit is important and the big box stores and hardware stores didn't carry the size/ style -type to match my furnace.
