STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY DECEMBER 2019 I ORDERED A WIRING HARNESS WHICH CAME 3 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING IT THE HARNESS HAD PLUGS MISSING SO I PHONED TO LET THEM KNOW THEY SAID THEY WOULD LOOK FOR THE REST OF THE PLUG , 1 WEEK LATER I PHONE STILL NOT LOOKED 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NOT LOOKED FEBUARY 2020 WE AGREED TO A REFUND 16 OF APRIL SPOKE TO THEM THE REFUND WOULD BE IN AT THE END OF THE WEEK VERY LATEST MONDAY . APRIL 28TH 2020 STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND

Kat in customer service has been exceptional in her handling of my initial complaint, after receiving my sons MK2 Clio rear bumper a week late, we found it had more damage than had been expressed to me on the phone, Kat offered me £20 off which I felt was fair. So I would give Kat 5 stars for her customer service.

I was needing a spare tyre for my Renault Laguna. I advertised on the website "1stchoice.co.uk" A website that specialises in hosting the sales of recycled vehicle parts, what I was needing, being sure to input the size I was needing clearly as 225/45R17. Renparts answered my advert with offering Wheel (Spare) Current wheel 225/45R17 for £73.50. What they sent me was a space saver, numbered 135/80R17, clearly not what I was looking for. And at a price you may expect to pay for a recycled proper wheel, not a recycled space saver. I contacted them, they tried to tell me this was what I had ordered, but after I made clear it was not they agreed to have it collected and issue a refund. They didn't issue a refund I never heard from them until I chased it up. They claimed to have sent a courier, but I didn't see one. They then said that if I wanted a refund I would need to return the space saver. I paid £14.40 to have it returned to them and received a refund. But it meant I had to pay £14.40 for their mistake. I had offered tto dispose of the space saver for them but they demanded it be returned if I wanted a refund. I have written to Trading Standards about them.

Scammers! They take your money quickly enough on parts they haven’t got and then fob you off while trying to get a refund on something you were never going to receive. You have been warned so deal with them at your own peril

We ordered a subframe from you on 20/5/22 for a Jaguar. The part delivered was incorrect for our car. We have been promised a refund, but every time I phone there is a different excuse. No-one in accounts department. Boss is away and can't authorise credit etc etc. Have phoned numerous times and still no closer to receiving our refund. Appalling company to deal with.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was sold parts that were incomplete and incorrect. I spoke on the telephone to a member of staff (dom) who said they understood what I needed and I even gave serial numbers and part numbers. Clearly informed that I needed complete parts (I have proof to show this is what I asked for) Incomplete parts arrived missing important brackets and mounts and not one but two incorrect radios. When I asked for the missing part I was given an attitude and told they would collect everything the next day. This was impossible as I was away and not had time to repack. Still they ignored me and are refusing to accept return for the wrong parts. I’m £145 out of pocket and have now gone through my bank to recover funds. Absolute joke of a company and immature staff who ignore you. Please feel free to ask for the proofs I have screenshots and pictures as well as emails and WhatsApp messages.

Got a quote, but didn't purchase straight away, within an hour i got a call pushing to buy. I needed the part so i did so. Failed to deliver 3 times, no one could give me an answer why.. It's a £500 piece. The 3rd time i just asked for a refund, and confirmation, he said they could not give confirmation, not his department. The only guy in the office, answering phones, but not his department? In the end i went through the credit card company to recieve my money back, as they're obviously scammers. Avoid these people at all costs.

Do not use this company they are fraud and liar. Ordered a brake calliper for my discovery waited for two weeks and part never arrived blaming delivery company So I asked for a refund nearly one month Still waiting for the refund . Sale representative Kat is un professional and rude peron she don’t know what is she doing. Stay away from this scammer company highly not recommended

Hi Do not use this company its waste of time. They take your money and put you hold and blame the delivery company. Sale representative Kat is un professional and rude peron. 100 percent i will not recommend this company

SENT WRONG PART, TOLD ME THEY WOULD PICK UP AND REFUND, NEVER DID, NO REPLIES TO EMAIL, OR PHONE, BUNCH OF CON ARTISTS, BEST AVOIDED, YOU'LL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Would NOT buy anything from that company again. They have lied from the begining, was waiting for my parts for almost 2 months and they came incomplete in the end. Would never recommend them to anyone!
