Dear Mejo, Thank you for taking the time to discuss your Concern with me today. Once again I apologise for the customer journey you have received & as discussed based on the issues you have encountered & also as you have advised that you have been able to source your own engineer "Mr Vishnu" I have processed a for you which will appear within the next 2 working days. I also appreciate that you had taken a day off work specifically for the visit and therefore would like to offer you a Gesture of Goodwill. This is not intended to cover the cost of your loss of earnings but as recognition that we have fallen short in providing you with a good customer journey. As advised provide us with a valuable source of information & we use the feedback we are given to continue to improve the service we provide to all of our Customers & the details of your feedback will be passed onto the departments concerned for any additional training / coaching that may be required. We do appreciate all feedback as it assists us to endeavor to remain focused on the delivery of a first class service to all of our customers.
