“I must say that the working they provide are very poor at servicing and talking to customer. First thing make sure you know the correct service charge amount or else they tell you a service charge based on their liking Second thing, make sure you know the correct condition of the product before their service, if possible take a video because later they will say it was like that before itself The main thing is that, dont take service from one Mr.Danish, i have taken his service twice. Once in feb and second in dec of 2024. Both the time he has been really mischievous in his work. Poor service, poor professionalism and very ugly attitude”

“My self Ralphy Henry from Ernakulam, Kerala.After service booking confirmation on WhatsApp one Mr.Suresh +919037471890 contacted me informing that he is from Repair world. Came to my home and took the front panel for repair, took 3500 rupees as advance. No bill provided. Now there is no response to the call , repair world disowned me saying they have not registered my complaint and the technician is not from their company. I am planning to move legally , there are several such cases in Kerala market that the franchise owner shares the lead to freelancers and collects his share from the service person. They are using repair world's name for business as they don't have enough staff to provide service. This I came to know from your competitors after researching.”

“This is the worst service center one gue came repair my samsung fridge take 2500 but not working and that boy not recieve my call. Do not recommended anyone”

“The technician just cleaned a filter and lied about changing the senor and took 2300 for the sensor and 500 as service charges. All this he said he did in 5 minutes flat while I was sitting in the next room. When I told where the old sensor is, he said it is inside the bag. he even pretended to change it back when I said I don't want such an expensive change. I should have made him do that. Only after he left, I realised that he has only cleaned the fllter and lied about the sensor change. Now, I will not move from the same room if they are called for service.”

“Strongly Do not recommend to anyone.. service is a total waste.. no professionalism.. they tried to repair my Hitachi fridge 5 times.. every time the technical staff comes and does something.. but complaint remains same...and above all charged a whooping 15000/- plus.”

“I did a big blunder by calling these guys. Initially they came and fixed my problem. Bosch wasing machine drum issue. Just 3 weks after that, I got another issue. The person came and without even opening the washing machine cabin, he told its a sensor issue and changed that also for rs.2100. But the issue was still there and then he ope ed the cabin. Then found out that the washing drum they fixed had a leakage and all these 2 weeks water was leaking into the cabin and it formed rust inside the washing machine cabin. The problem was due to drum leakage and not sensor. I asked for the sensor and he said it was put to scrap, but it was I side his bag. I found it. The worst part is rs.245 (got it from bosch authentic CC) sensor was charged rs.2100 to me and took that money. They are stealing money in the name of spare parts. Now when I ask for refund and explanation, they are not even picking my call. I have spent a total of rs.10000 and they are telling, servicing my washing machi they had a loss of rs.5000. Worst people looting money by making customers belive they are good. Looting Money! Never Believe!”

“Ravikumar 7012422660 Today morning February 20 2023 your repair man Mr.Suraj came and repaired my panasonic fridge. Charged me heftic fee of Rs 7,200. But he has not changed any part and he told it is only PCB modification I told him i want to see whether the fridge is cooling well so to wait for one hour but he went immediately. When i came from office fridge is not cooling. What type of repair you guys are doing and charge me Rs 7,200. He was very keen on taking the money and not on repair. Ravikumar”

“The service men came on 1/11/2022 to attend to my LG washing machine. After checking , they told the problem was with the mother board . They took it off and returned the next day . They inserted it and run the machine for a few minutes and told that the machine is ok. They took ₹ 4000/- and told receipt will be sent online. After their departure when we tried the washing , it was stuck at the drying stage. They were again called . After checking , they told that the gear system is damaged and drying is problematic but washing can be carried out. Later when we tried the washing , that also has become problematic with heavy shaking, irregular and one sided rotation of the drum. Again contacted the service persons and also the toll free number several times. ‘They are coming’ was their repeated reply. Till now they have not cared to come. I had sent emails and raised complaints at the company site , but got no response . Also I haven’t received any receipt for the money paid or the work carried out . All these call into question the response and integrity of the firm and their personnel.”

“I called for service of my samsung refirigerator in december 2021 . My place was thripunithura. The technician told me that the starting circuit and thermostat of my refrigerator is faulty. They asked me to pay a bill of RS 3700 including service charge. They never provided me a bill. Till now I haven't received a bill . I dont think the cost of starting circuit and thermostat will cost RS 3200 ; It is very cheating. I dont expect these kind of dealings from company. So never ask for service from repair world.”

“Please do not use Repair World. My washing machine was showing a 4E error and I called Repair World. The technician, came and opened the water tap and the error went. I was accidentally closing the tap instead of opening it (turning anti-clockwise closes this tap!), hence the error. There was nothing else wrong with the machine. The technician then said that he wanted to check the motherboard and opened the top of the washing machine. We noticed him move a wire and immediately a 1E error came and he said there is a problem with our motherboard and it will take 2 to 3 days for the engineer to rectify the error. We knew he had done something on purpose to cause the error and on closer inspection, we saw that he had we saw that he had disconnected a wiring pin and was hiding it with his hand. We reconnected the pin and asked him to leave.”
