It has been nearly a year now since I placed my order. They took my money and never shipped my lizards. I have called and emailed. Every time I've spoke to someone they tell me they'll get them mailed the b next day. Still waiting.... can't get them to even answer my calls now. Definitely DO NOT use this company. Buyers beware!!!

Ordered couple pets back in December and they were never shipped. Always an excuse and fake promises. Asked for refund next thing I noticed I was double charged without notice. Promised a refund but of course more fake promises. Made a complaint with Bob and they didn't respond to them either. So I went through my credit union and got my refund. Reptile city and other names they use do not trust. Felton is a criminal and will rip you off your hard earned money. Seriously Buyer Beware do not buy from them

Ordered from this business and the order never shipped. The order was cancelled and Felton promised a full refund. The refund was never received. Felton scams people out of their money and ignores BBB complaints. He needs to be stopped. If you have had these issues with this business you need to report it to the Texas AG and FTC.

Terrible communication. Did NOT receive the animals ordered. Emailed, called and texted for weeks and still having to fight for a refund! DO NOT trust!! Claims they gave refund and hope you give up. Had to make a report and go through bank. Not worth your time. Shop local

Wish I could give no stars I ordered a bearded dragon from them. It came late but that was not the problem. He came to me sick with Atdenovirus, and I couldn't tell he was sick till it was to late. I will never do business with them again. I wish I could get a refund I spent 119.94 on October 7th just so I could receive it October 20th paying 4 day shipping just to have it die with a virus . Very heartbreaking watching a lizard seize out then die.

Do not believe any of the reviews above 1 star, they are fake. This company is incompetent, dishonest, and their customer service is disgraceful. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these jerks.

I wish I would have checked online reviews prior to putting my order in. This experience was the most unprofessional headache I’ve ever endured. First and foremost, don’t expect to receive your animal if you order from Reptile City. I purchased a Bearded Dragon that qualified for the free 6-10 business day shipping. Low and behold after day 14 I could not receive a clear response from this company. When I called on day 10 a gentleman let me know that my ordered was being prepared that day (total lie, they were now marked out of stock on the site), I was skeptical but decided to see what happens. Obviously I never received any word back until I emailed stating that I would be opening a dispute with my credit card company if I did not get my money back. Almost instantly they respond to this email letting me know that they’re behind due to the corona virus, but they’d be happy to give me my refund which will take 3-5 business days. Six days later... nothing. I email yet again asking for some sort of documentation that my refund was issued or I’ll open a claim. I get another response that the refund was issued today and I’ll need to wait 3-5 business days. So basically the only way you’re getting your money back is if you file a dispute or email them every day. I understand these are tough times, but the lack of communication and care is not something that seems to be new to Reptile City based on their reviews, it’s always something. Please, save yourself a headache and order elsewhere. I went to “Kids And Dragons” and received my order in ONE DAY. Reptile City only wants your money. Check their F rating on the BBB and there are many complaints identically to mine.

I ordered two baby White's tree frogs AKA Green Australian Tree Frogs AKA Dumpy Tree Frogs. I had gone to them because the website/breeder I normally order things and animals for amphibians, reptiles and various bug species were out of stock for these adorable frogs, all morphs, so I turned to ReptileCity. I was amazed at the prices, especially with the "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" deal since I wanted a pair of males anyway. I ordered with standard shipping, so they would fulfil it in 30 days, and ship it. I ordered and happily awaited. I then decided to do some research on them since their "Free Range, 20 acre all natural farm" story seemed too good to be true. I stumbled across all the reviews here about animals not showing up, or coming sick or even DEAD. But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When they arrived today, first red flag, it wasn't in a live animal box, not even a sticker or label. I opened the box to find a few pages of crumpled news paper as "padding" and inside was a container with less than a hand full sphagnum moss (the container was cylinder and was on it's side might I add), one of the frogs was up on the side peering out, the other had nestled itself into an alcove in the minimal moss. I was a bit concerned about how the one up on the side was a bit skinny, but this is my first time owning them and I thought I may be overreacting since he wasn't that skinny , so I wasn't too concerned. Took them both out, both were extremely friendly and seemed quite excited to be out of that box. Other than the one being a bit skinny, both looked fine. THAT WAS WRONG. I took them out later, to show to my little brother who was at school when they arrived, and to feed them the extra small crickets we got. As we were feeding them on the table, the seemingly normal one hopped around inspecting things on the table, like my mom's purse. My mom suddenly began to stare at his foot and said something looked wrong with his toe. She picked him up and part of his toe was literally almost hanging off. The wound looked old, so we knew it hadn't been caused by the other frog in transit. We realized that he was also missing a complete toe on his front foot. So, yeah. Never ordering from them again. I am taking him to the vet tomorrow.
