“Baby turtles were great...when we got them. Initial order was short by a couple of turtles. Eventually, ReptileCity sent them to us, but they were sick and both died the next day. Got the promise that they would replace the 2 dead turtles...that was almost 8 weeks ago...then they sent one turtle. So now, 3 months after my initial order, I am still missing a turtle and am getting nothing but silence back from the company. Promises made and not kept is a terrible business model. "live guarantee" is only partially true. Overall, the healthy turtles were great and the sick ones sucked. Move cautiously with Reptile City.”
