“I got through to customer service. I was told to hold on to be transferred to the department dealing with recovery. The call was disconnected before I could speak to anyone. After that I tried severally and my calls kept on getting disconnected or went ununswered. I sent an email to cancel my cover one expiry. My email has not been replied to up to date.”
“We had to cancel policy after not even a month due to my wifes health. ยฃ35 paid for a year's cover. No refund apparently after 14 days of policy start date. States in there t&cs. Would not recommend.”
