“Kevin who guided me through the plans was clear and not Pushy, Had he been then I would not have completed the plan. He gave me the options, and I settled on what was good for me.”

“Seemed ok at first but watch the small print..don’t say if u want to leave they charge 30%of premium as a fine for leaving with threatening letters. Check monthly and cross check how many months paid..have asked for more..These are my views and experience with this company so far..hope they get better”

“Yes I did thank you but I have never received a pack with information included about my funeral plan. Also my surname has changed now to "Cubitt" so all future correspondence must be addressed to Miss Lindy Cubitt". I just thought I should have information regarding this plan.”
