“I think the overall product it OK, except. I WAS NOT INFORMED BY ANYBODY OF THE "SET-UP" fee of over £1,700.00. I am still pondering as to whether to cancel or not. We shall see.”

“Well I thought it was a good idea at the time now I’m questioning it I was going to put it on my credit card but the guy said I could pay it up. £1600 £500 down £1100 for 5 years and when I worked it out it came to £2000 with add interest the guy told me the coop was £2200 I was just going to go with you but now I’m cancelling because after I called to check about the paying up fee but I was misled so just cancel and I’ll make sure the next person I try I’ll have to check myself before I agree Regards Marie Brown”

“A lot of terms and conditions to read I didn’t purchase because I felt some things on it I wouldn’t use like pallbearers yet doesn’t cover opening n closing of plot I feel a face to face meeting suits me better although the lady who dealt with me was knowledgeable x”

“Having had a bad experience with a different funeral plan prosperous life I lost over £400.00 as they did not collect a direct debit and then because unbeknown to me that it was not collected lost the plan was very upset. So far so good with you’re company I hope with all my heart everything goes as planned. Phil who gave me the plan was very nice and helpful but didn’t get back to me as promised I have paid in full for my plan”

“Well basically it is a savings plan which doesn’t become an insurance plan unless you survive for ten years. Then if the funeral costs more than you have paid in it will supply the shortfall. That is my understanding. Main benefit is the small premium. Disadvantage is that it only supplies what you have put in up to ten years.”

“My wife took out a plan to start with and she was promised a £25 gift voucher if she recommended someone she recommended that I take one out which I have just done but still not received any form of gift vouchers from your company have a great very grateful if we could find out or resolve something as I've meant to phone calls in the past regarding the gift vouchers but nothing to seem to materialize big great very grateful for a response kind regards Phil bacon”
