“i asked rest assured to change my collection date 3 times they have not even ansewered my emails they are only intresting in money no concideration for any one else”

“The funeral plan was a great deal, we had an either or plan covering both my wife and myself. When my wife passed away in January the let down was your choice of undertakers who misread the plan telling the local undertaker she was to be cremated which was wrong. When this was queried your undertaker was unsympathetic and fortunately Nicky agreed for the local undertaker would perform the funeral and from then on every thing went well.”

“Seemed ok at first but watch the small print..don’t say if u want to leave they charge 30%of premium as a fine for leaving with threatening letters. Check monthly and cross check how many months paid..have asked for more..These are my views and experience with this company so far..hope they get better”

“The gentleman I spoke to Kon he was extremely helpful and listened to me and explained everything very clearly .I was very happy to go ahead with the plan which I chose it was explained very clearly . I would like to thank Kon for his kindness and understanding .”

“Rest Assured is a great company. I spoke with Ria who was very professional and trustworthy. She was very friendly and not pushy in any respect and she is a real asset to the company. With all this in mind I have now taken out a Funeral Plan and will recommend them to all my friends.”
