“Purchased a Plan, paperwork confirmation not very good, small writing on some if it which they are aware of so why not enlarge it in the first place? More interested in touting for business on Welcome letter and Next of Kin notification form rather than stating correct details of Plan services - disappointing!! Still awaiting Will information, was told someone comes to the house but now informed this is not the case!”

“As I am still making monthly payments for your services which I shall not be able to comment on when the time comes I do not think I am in a position to make any judgement regarding your services. However I am hopeful and confident that your company will undertake the services as stated. My apologies for only two stars but I know nothing of your company to rate it any higher at this time. “Seemed ok at first but watch the small print..don’t say if u want to leave they charge 30%of premium as a fine for leaving with threatening letters. Check monthly and cross check how many months paid..have asked for more..These are my views and experience with this company so far..hope they get better”
