“Although there were too many phone calls from them no messages were left for me. I was at work or busy most of the times when the calls were made. I had a look at their website as they had been recommended to me by my solicitor so I wanted to check. Their prices seemed very reasonable so I called them up. Andy Finch, the customer advisor I spoke to was really helpful, without being pushy and gave me the options. I said I'd have a look at other companies and let him know. I found a cheaper quote and contacted him and said if he match it I would take the plan. They did and I also got the option to pay the remainder of the fee interest free over 5 years and got £50 Love to shop vouchers too!!”

“I have recently took out my funeral plan I found Darren who helped set it up very friendly and he explained things very well answering all my questions it’s nice to know in the event of my death my family have 1 less thing to worry about gives me peace of mind”

“After looking at most of the funeral plans we chose Rest Assured, they offered everything we needed under one policy. Michael who dealt with us was very patient as I had many questions and certain points I needed clarification on, all were answered and I felt assured we had just what we wanted .It's nice to know they are a local company too, I would recommend this company to anyone wanting peace of mind with a funeral plan.”
