“I found the service easy, and staff were always helpful and willing to help, and, resolve ,with any issues that I encountered. My only reason, for not giving a 10 star rating was that I actually had to contact the company to find out if my debt had been paid. The result was that I had overpaid by over $2500!! In saying that, I was refunded this money, quickly. And I received sincere apologies. I think that, maybe, you need to look at your system. If I hadn't enquired, I'm sure I would , most likely, be still paying. Just a thought. I appreciated all the assistance I received, and hopefully, I NEVER have to contact you again!! 🤞🤣😉. “We had tried for along time to receive help from the banks in regards to our financial problems. ANZ in particular made it very difficult for us to keep going. Lanyana were very supportive and helpful right from our first contact. They were able to gain a very good outcome for us after dealing with the banks, even with ANZ. Naomi was particularly great to deal with working on our case. She was easily contactable and very caring. It was such an incredible relief for us both mentally and financially to finally have some support from someone who genuinely cared about our situation and worked on it until they received a good result for us.”

“Almost same day contact after asking for advice on help with my debt. Spoke with Megan and now less than a week later the finishing touches are being put to a management plan that has put my mind at ease and soon my debt behind me. Couldn't ask for better service.”
