“Hi Meghan Chua, Sorry for the silence but as we know I have my ups and downs. First and foremost I want to thank you so so very much from the heart for being so patient and kind throughout all the years. I truly don't think I could have had a better specialist who truly took into account my condition and everything I was and am going through; someone who has a heart and not just someone doing their job. Secondly for helping me fight through this and see clarity at the end of the tunnel, always helping me explore my options and trying to find the best way to proceed. Which takes me to my third point, having being accepted by the creditors to disregard (not the right word but cannot assimilate sometimes) my debt. Not only has this left me lighter then a feather where I can solely concentrate on getting my health to its best and hopefully building my life up again slowly slowly BUT if it weren't for you Meghan it would not have been possible. I am truly grateful for all the hours you put into helping me and always being patient with your responses and mine. Again, I can't thank you enough and I wish you all the best in life and in your career whichever it may be. Just know your kindness if your biggest asset. I would like to personally let your manager or supervisor know how I feel and give them feedback on what a wonderful service you have provided.
