“I had a terrible experience with this company; I opened an account and made several deposits, which turned out to be my biggest mistake. Little did I know that they ran a Ponzi scheme and that there was no way to withdraw money. I had to file a complaint with the S I M O N C H. C O M website, and they were able to retrieve all of my money.”

“Thankfully, I was able to escape losing my life savings on this platform. Actually, it was a case of losing and recouping. The scammers behind this will make you pay until you're exhausted and then there's nothing to show for it, no refund, no profit. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. If you have already been trapped, recouping your funds as the case might be is not what can be done alone, you’d require the service of a trained specialist ACCESSRECOVERYCONSULTANT @ GMAIL COM. To the best of my knowledge, this recovery company consists of a group of people who are well equipped to work around the crypto network. They have vast knowledge about the whole network and have the right software and private keys to follow any transaction. Contact them on the web giving the full details of the scam.”

“My experience with Revolut was very good October/November 2023. I had a new mobile phone, same number/same sim but couldn't take a selfie for verification consequently couldn't log in into my account. When I complained I was immediately contacted by the Support service member by name Xena via my email address. It took around a month to sort out my verification/selfie and log in into my online account. I had a phone call from Revolut, I had many emails from Revolut. Their Support team members Xena, Freya were incredible and very professional. I tried also cooperate with Revolut in finding out the problem of my selfie being rejected. There are so many negative reviews about the Revolut but my issue was solved, yes, it took time to solve it but it was solved within 4 weeks. All I can say is thank you to Revolut and it's Support team. Rita, UK/BG”

“Revolut CustO'mer Service +1 8O5.420 '3O7O Revolut pH.one NumBer'' +1 8O5.420 ,.3O7O We had different key contacts through the process which made continuity and detail retention trickier than it could have been. Overall though the work ethic and personable nature of the seed legals team was strong throughout. The platform is providing great value and the SeedLegals team is always really helpful and fast in their responses! Advanced Assurance Support - Alix Clément-Cottuz and the Seedlegals team were incredibly helpful! They reviewed my Advanced Assurance application in days and it was accepted with a couple of weeks. The team made the process quick and easy!”

“So grateful they refunded my weekend charges!!!! I mean it's kind of my fault for not noticing there's this weekend charges, and I was not exchanging a small amount of money, but a lot, so making the weekend charges huge. When I complained to the customer support, they refunded me immediately as a good will!!! I'm so happy! FYI, I'm a metal premium card user, not sure if it's relevant.”
