“Been using Revolut for a year plus now. I made 60% in my first year and lost 8% of that in a couple of weeks due an interest rate correction. I am glad I reported this act of scam to FOS TERBOO N . ORG., I got my money back with their help and i stopped trading at the right time else I would have lost my entire account. This bot/platform uses a pretty vanilla martingale strategy with no down side protection. I would not recommend this to anyone and I am glad I survived all this.”

“Trustpilot reviews Review of Revolut UNSAFE AND QUESTIONABLE PLATFORM. DO NOT USE!! I wouldn't even give Revolute 1 star. I lost over £6000 as someone emptied my account at an Apple Store in Brentcross and Westfields London in person within a few hours. I informed Revolute promptly while transactions were still pending with merchants and Revolute could've easily frozen the payments but did nothing! Even on providing a police report and Bank's support on this, Revolute did not even follow with merchants or accept accountability. Revolute is not accountable for their cyber security or duty of care to their customers. This is Gross Negligence. Even the BBC Panorama program did a report on Revolute, due to the frequency of complaints of theft on this platform. DO NOT USE THIS UNSAFE PLATFORM. The platform is clearly not secure and should be shut down as there is 'Rule Of Law' in the United Kingdom and it should be investigated. We will be using all complaint channels and legal action to recover the money and black mark Revolute for its negligence to provide the required Cyber Security. This is a serious issue which should be dealt with essentially as they are expanding their businesses. AS FOR THEIR STANDARD REPLY TO CONTACT THEM IS ALSO USELESS. “I write again . Why nobody is answering my emails ,i text in the chat support team why?????? If i had millions it would be the same . I would lose them too??? Enough with your chat bot. Everywhere is answering ur chatbot. Are you serious ?!?? I paid I did not receive my usdt. I want my money . What is going on. 8 days still waiting for a reply... “Worst company I've ever dealt with. They will lock your account for no necessary reason. Then when I tried to make withdrawals I was asked to pay another ransome,no explanation, or resolution. They should be investigated because they are literally stealing from clients with this type of business. In fact they must be going out of business, but it’s a shame that they are willing to steal so much on the way down. “Initially, I had no issues with Revolut, and my account manager, Sarah, was very responsive. I started with £3,000 and saw some modest returns, which prompted me to add another £2,000. However, when I tried to withdraw £1,000 last month, my request was inexplicably delayed. After several days, I was informed that my account was under investigation due to 'suspicious activity,' and I would need to deposit an additional £1,500 to verify my identity. “26 September 2024 was the day I got scammed by a broker from this company who uses the name “Nima J”. He was going to help me close my investments and deposit the money into my account, but instead he emptied my account and disappeared along with my € 4000. Apparently I trusted people too much. Do not be persuaded to show your bank card. “I’m deeply disappointed with Revolut. I paid my full credit card statement at 11:41 AM on 30th November, the very day of the due date. Despite this, I was charged interest because the payment was allegedly made after their 'cut-off hours.' This is unacceptable—30th November is the entire day for payment, and any restrictions on timing should be made crystal clear. Charging interest under these circumstances feels deceptive and unfair, as if Revolut is finding loopholes to penalise its customers. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in the service.”
