Shocking service … Delivery arrived product damaged messed us around sorting a collection and provided a refund took over two weeks shocking service and communication also email there complains department and still not had a response would not use again the sake was over 6K so management need to get a grip

I was given a replacement fridge freezer by my insurers & RGB supplied this. When the item came it was damaged. I was given email address to send In images which I did. They then ignored this email address & sent me an email from different email address when did not look like it was directly from RGB so I did not open it as thought could have a virus on it. When I did not hear anything & contacted them they said you are not out of SLA this is not fair why they changed the goal post & now I have a brand new fridge freezer with a dent in the door. Very unhappy

5 failed attempts at delivery insisted that a C rated machine equals a A+++ were rude and unprofessional throughout - brought the wrong washer

Worst after care sales, I have never dealt with such a company in over 40 years, it is ok buying but if there is a problem this is not the place to buy your products. Bought a washing machine 2 years ago, there was a problem in the first week, refused to exchange now 2 years later whilst still in warranty and Bosch has written off the appliance, they are refusing to exchange but offered me £350 half the actual selling price and want extra money to remove their broken machine. Trading standards state under the sales of good act 2015 this is totally wrong and I should take this matter to court !! Disgraceful behaviour from RGB so I am warning Everyone be very vigillant when buying from RGB !!!

Sold me an item that was not in stock and not due to be in stock for a long time. This was after I signed up to their finance agreement and they kept me waiting without any update. Researching and buying this product has been a complete waste of time and I would recommend that you use a more reputable company.

Terrible customer service. Have to ring and ring and ring to get TV taken back that arrived smashed. They took my money quick enough but somehow it takes over a week after the delivery company picked it up for them to get it. They have never replied to emails even though on phone they confirmed receipt and the photos of damage. So sitting on my money for weeks and no sign of refund. Avoid.

Rubbish customer service. The tv I have received the box is damp. They won’t take it back. Disgusting service. Will never want to do any dealings with them. If you have insurance with D&G please ask them from which company the replacement item will be coming from. If it’s them don’t take it. I will be contacting Domestic & General.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Placed an order for a small item which I was charged £9.99 for delivery (nearly twice the cost of the item) I then realised that I had ordered the wrong item, I emailed their “customer service” email and thought that would be the end of it. Two days later the item was put through my letterbox. I emailed again to ask why the order was not cancelled and again I did not get a response. I put a claim though PayPal and they were VERY quick to respond to that, saying they had not had any emails from me and that I could return the item at my own expense which I would then only get a refund for the item, not the postage. So I would be out of pocket for the £9.99 delivery and the cost of returning it! I emailed through PayPal advising which email address I used (the one on their site which is used to send out order confirmations and also their site says to use to contact them) and that I wanted a full refund and they could sort out collection. Once again they ignored my message through PayPal so I emailed AGAIN which AGAIN they did nothing about. PayPal closed the case this morning while I was waiting for a response saying I missed the deadline to escalate the case to them. I’ll be issuing a chargeback through my card company and leaving feedback wherever I can. Shop elsewhere

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE was told my delivery was on the 14th april took the day of work got a call at 9.30 order cancled Had to call the company back 5 days later and was told my order was return back to use still no comunication now today the 29th april i wad told it was going to be delivered next my husband has taken unpaid leave no the company Panthers is now saying is go to Monday the 4rd may THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER . STILL WAITING ON A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK FOR NEARLY 2 WKS .

Absolutely disgusting service, I would go as far as calling them con artists. Broken cooker, within warranty and they wanted me to pay nearly £300 towards another.

Do not trust this company! Bought A TV for £3600 and then found out that the warranty they promised was a lie. I even contacted them and they said sorry we cannot offer you anything back and they fully denied the fact that they missold me. They are all lying to sell to people

Unbelievabley poor customer service. Promised delivery of a fridge. Delivery turned up only they couldn't get it off the van. So promised delivery the following day only for that to be cancelled. Called up and was fobbed off over and over again. Now I have been told they have lost the fridge. I gave been without a fridge for a week now with a young child at home. Joke of a company avoid at all costs.

Awful experience, I was not there when the courier delivered, call the paper slip number and didnt get through, the email the courier and no reply, 5 days later RBG direct said they are charging me £40 for return charge?! the courier returned the TV back to the RBG without my permission and im paying for it. BEWARE! RBG customer service is 20 mins + waiting time, their email team has the worst attitute, AVOID!

Ordered new Samsung OLED and Bose sound bar . Arrived on time, in perfect condition and saved a packet online compared to other big online companies . Great communication about delivery time by phone and text . 4 months of use and no complaints ... Bose soundbar at half price with the tele ...thank you

I also bought a tv from rgb direct last July stored in original box until our hose got renovated we had extended warranty with Retracare so we new we were covered or so we thought but not so we opened the box on Friday when we went to set up the tv all looked well until we turned the tv on there were black images on the screen with lines running down so we first telephoned Retracare who said as the tv wasn’t a year old it wasn’t covered by them and told us to contact rgb direct the tv hasn’t even been set up an engineer can check how many hours a tv has been used for and this one has none but rgb direct aren’t interested they have their money the tv was a Samsung model so we are having to buy a new tv and we will not be using rgb direct or extending our warranty with Retracare or buying another Samsung tv we will go to a reputable dealer who values customer care

Through our insurance company I had my dishwasher replaced from RGB. Appliance delivered by delivery men, who ran into a problem & they couldn't resolve it was they were NOT qualified plumbers. RGB were not prepared to help so I had to get my own plumbers & foot the bill. No way should appliances that have to be plumbed in be delivered by just delivery men. RGB are definitely off my Xmas list!!!!!
