“The customer service attention to detail that I received was exceptional. I received an image and realized the color wasn't quite what I wanted. First I emailed with a question and Kiley responded the next morning. Based on her response, I called and received excellent help it choosing color samples. Once I had the samples, it was easy to choose what I wanted. The ribbons arrived on time and the conference participants loved them.”
