“Never arrived. The delivery status said delivered but they werent there when i checked.”

“The green is more of a kelly green. Our school colors are more of a forest/deep green and gold. So, the sash color was not what I was expecting. The sashes are short. If a larger student wins we will have trouble fitting it on them. The text starts way too high on the shoulder of the sash. I will have to find a new company to buy our homecoming sashes from next year.”

“adhesive did not stick and everyone who i handed ribbons out to were losing their ribbon chains as well as myself. worst experience ever.”

We're sorry for the issues with the adhesive. We have switched back to the adhesive we have been using for the last several years and reached out directly about this order.

“Customer service was good during the creation process but their new adhesive was absolute garbage! Adding pressure absolutely did not help and everyone at my event was losing ribbons left and right. I’ll only return as a customer if they change back their adhesive.”

These Ribbons were delivered to and signed for a by a freight forwarding company. We are working with the customer and their shipping agent towards a resolution.
