“I have heard news already that youve changed back to your previous adhesives, and i am glad. Not a single ribbon from your company was sticking at all to anything. I felt horrible when some one would come up to me telling me that they lost a ribbon I had given them. So please, never ever use that horrible adhesive ever again, it caused so many heartbreaks at our convention. Otherwise thankyou for printing my designs so well.”

We are sorry for the issues with the adhesive and absolutely have switched back the the original adhesive we have been using for the past several years.

Hi Serenity, we did recently change the adhesive we're using and the trick with the new stuff is that it's pressure sensitive. When sticking a ribbon onto your badge or another ribbon, make sure to give it some real firm pressure all the way across. Running your thumb firmly across it while on a hard surface works great!

“The ribbons look fine and exactly how we ordered them. We were told the ribbons would be delivered by February 14 or 15. They were a week later, so we didn't have them for our event. That was frustrating. Guess we will have them for next year.”

I'm really sorry the ribbons did not make it in time for the event. In this case, the package shipped on time, but was misrouted by UPS, causing the delayed delivery. We are in touch to provide a resolution. Cheers, Dan Ribbons Galore
