have been purchasing this ribbon for years but this time it came a slightly different color and much lighter weight. it would of been nice to inoe you changed ribbons.

I ordered ribbons. I received ribbons in a timely manner. Found the website difficult, got kicked out and had to start over.

Ribbons arrived on time; staff taking the order was very helpful. The ribbons themselves unfortunately were disappointing; so much so that I placed an order with another company for the style I wanted. Interesting that a nicer ribbon from another company cost exactly the same as Ribbons Galore. Sorry to say - will use other company next time. :-(

I have ordered Rosettes many times from Ribbons Galore. This was the first time I was disappointed. The gold ink used for the lettering on the center ribbon had transferred (lightly smeared) onto the black center ribbon on some of the rosettes. Other than that, the rosette quality was very nice.

I just received this request for a review of our recent Ribbons Galore order. I respect your company and we have always received great quality at a higher-than-I-would-like-to-pay price. But the quality was always good so it is worth the money. BUT this time the ribbons were noticeably thinner made of a lower quality fabric. They will not hold up as well. So rather than leaving a negative review, I thought it would be more important to give you the feedback, but the email address would not allow me to reply.

You guys take really long to produce the items. Another place did an order of 1000 in 2 days and had it shipped the following days and got to us in 3 days. with no extra charge

I've ordered from you guys before and I absolutely love my ribbons. I would have even five stars but there was something with my latest order that happened that I felt like shouldn't have happened so I decreased two star. When I place the order you guys were having your holiday sale ribbons for the price of 100 ribbons. Nowhere on the site did it explain how you got the sale so when I placed order I thought it would automatically be processed however it wasn't. So because I saw no change in the price I just got the 100 ribbons and I had ordered three separate ribbons totaling 300. When I called and asked why I didn't get the deal it was because I had to actually put in the 200 just before finishing the order instead of the computer automatically doing it. Because the order had already been processed they wouldn't change it. In the end I did end up making another order where I was able to do the deal now that I knew what I was supposed to do but I'm still annoyed that I missed out on 300 extra ribbons!

I ordered 1000 green High Honor Roll and 1000 Straight A on white. They made a mix up on my ribbons and made 500 of the Straight A ribbons on green, they were all supposed to be white (1000). I called and got it straightened out and received the right ones a few days later.

We shipped your "Stock" ribbons on the same day you ordered them. Unfortunately with the holiday weekend surge of packages UPS let both of us down.

Print and materials quality was OK, but the log placed on the ribbons was uniformly not printed squarely on the ribbons, one side is definitely higher than the other. No time to reprint, so not going to bother with this.

The ribbons were nice, as described but the shipping costs was deceptive. We paid extra monies for shipping having been told that the product wouldn't be in SC until at least September 7 even with paying extra. I was told with the Labor Day Holiday, they were busy. We did ordered on Aug. 25 but received the product on Sept 1. It was nice to receive it earlier but we paid an extra $12 for shipping. I had called the company to clarify the shipping date before ordering. I also told them we were a small church with a limited budget. It seemed a way to made extra monies for them. We probably won't order from them again in the future for that reason. It wasn't a lot of money but when you are dealing with a budget and someone's word. It can leave a bad taste.
