“The ribbons were delivered on time and were excellent in quality and were exactly as ordered. Customer service is some of the absolute best you can find anywhere. I have utilized Ribbons Galore for 10 years and am never disappointed with their product.”

“Love the team at Ribbons Galore and their attention to detail and the customer. We had used them before for ribbons but this year we had some changes to the logo and they helped us to ensure the new logo image quality would meet our expectations when printed on the ribbon. After a couple email iterations they printed them up and the ribbons were received 3 days earlier than promised. We'll definitely continue to rely on Ribbons Galore for our future ribbons.”

“Very happy with the 3 sets of ribbons we ordered for Gallifrey One convention. Was a last-minute order; we'd used Marco Promos in the past, but there was no way we could get our ribbons on time without paying a TON for shipping, and even that was pushing it. Ribbons Galore gave us more time, and more cost-efficient rush options (in large part due to being on the west coast, as we are.) Kim (hope I'm remembering the name correctly, it's been 2 months) was great about answering our questions over multiple phone calls. Kiley was wonderful getting our order processed, produced, and out the door. Shipped a day or two earlier than expected. The quality was great. Would have preferred being able to upload our own vector files instead of using their on-site "ribbon builder", and bummer that the white (non-metallic) print color is an extra cost per ribbon. But overall a great experience and happy with the quality of the ribbons!”
