“There was a mistake on my order that was of my own doing. Dan Gluvers was my account representative and caught the mistake immediately. He put the order on hold till he could verify the correct ribbons with me. . Excellent customer service from Dan.”

“Customer service was great! The guy contacted me to make sure I wanted what I said I wanted in the order because he noted some inconsistencies. He was correct and I was able to make the corrections. My product arrived in a timely fashion and they look great. I will use Ribbons Galore again!”

“This is the site I decided to use after struggling with other ribbon sites. It is pretty streamline. The final on-screen ribbon image reflects what you will receive if you order ribbons. I love the easy of changing text and art and the drop down menus are user friendly. Also, the ribbon selection is very extensive and will meet almost, if not all, your needs. Two areas where it could be smoother is the clicks to get from your choice to the template. The second area is when you want to select different places/color of your ribbons. I was not sure my choices were being recorded. However, after you left that screen you could see that the choices had been recorded. Maybe a "saved box" could appear as you go from one placing to the next. Finally, they contacted me with a way to reduce my final bill but receive more ribbon placements. I loved it! I saved money and received more product. They email you to let you do a final review/acceptance of the ribbon before it goes into production.”
