“Very happy with the 3 sets of ribbons we ordered for Gallifrey One convention. Was a last-minute order; we'd used Marco Promos in the past, but there was no way we could get our ribbons on time without paying a TON for shipping, and even that was pushing it. Ribbons Galore gave us more time, and more cost-efficient rush options (in large part due to being on the west coast, as we are.) Kim (hope I'm remembering the name correctly, it's been 2 months) was great about answering our questions over multiple phone calls. Kiley was wonderful getting our order processed, produced, and out the door. Shipped a day or two earlier than expected. The quality was great. Would have preferred being able to upload our own vector files instead of using their on-site "ribbon builder", and bummer that the white (non-metallic) print color is an extra cost per ribbon. But overall a great experience and happy with the quality of the ribbons!”
