“Not only did they get us the ribbons quickly, when they got to us, they looked better than the customizer would have suggested. They were high-quality and perfect for DragonCon. We ordered them 3 weeks before Con and got them 10 days later. That's just great service. They also refunded a shipping fee because we placed it as two orders and sent it all in one box. Not only was the product quality exceptional, the customer service experience was great. I'd highly recommend them every time. I'm also using them every year from now on for my ribbons at DragonCon.”
