“Print and materials quality was OK, but the log placed on the ribbons was uniformly not printed squarely on the ribbons, one side is definitely higher than the other. No time to reprint, so not going to bother with this.”

“The ribbons were nice, as described but the shipping costs was deceptive. We paid extra monies for shipping having been told that the product wouldn't be in SC until at least September 7 even with paying extra. I was told with the Labor Day Holiday, they were busy. We did ordered on Aug. 25 but received the product on Sept 1. It was nice to receive it earlier but we paid an extra $12 for shipping. I had called the company to clarify the shipping date before ordering. I also told them we were a small church with a limited budget. It seemed a way to made extra monies for them. We probably won't order from them again in the future for that reason. It wasn't a lot of money but when you are dealing with a budget and someone's word. It can leave a bad taste.”
