The ride up E- Bicycle is very nice I really enjoy riding it. After 100 miles of riding I hoping to be able to write a review. After riding it I was hoping that it was quipped with a horn and a mirror. These items were not a options when I purchased it. If it had the other options that I mentioned it would be a five star E bike đź‘Ť

The scooter runs great It breaks great The only problem I had. The remote control did not work customer service never answered back.

I love it ..seat isnt to comfy but that can be fixed ..other than that I love it

Nothing yet, still in the crate. Lava Fire outside my window, everything touch & go. Hopefully get it to the shop next month, they are booked.

First, I love the bike. It's been a good as I hoped for when I decided to buy the Ride 1 Up 500. The assembly and control directions leave a bit to be desired. The crank assembly is opposite to what the directions indicated, and left me with a couple of uncertainties on what is a critical element of the bike. The information, both the manual and the linked video, on programming the control window fell short of being sufficiently clear. I still am mystified at how to get to some of the functions. You really should get that clarified. I notice others commenting on the same thing on the video.

Easy checkout and fast delivery. Not sure if instructions were missing but was able to find an owners manual on the manufacturer's website. Bike works great and makes me look forward to my commute to work!

Very convenient (online) ordering process, except that there is no physical store presence in order to try bikes out. I'm very satisfied with my ebike and trust that Ridepanda does a good job investigating the best deals out there.

Ride panda is great their customer service replys really fast. Reason i didn't give them 5 stars is that I purchased the night before and tried to cancel my order in the morning and they could not do it and would charge me a restocking fee. So make sure you want what you purchase. I got buyers remorse.

Nice bike but they have offered no information for when I can get the extended battery kit which I need.

I have the the xr ultra amd I got the basic gotrax my basic scooter is faster then the xr and takes off faster as well yet I paid 120 more for the xr only for in to be water resistant I'm disappointed in that I only get it take a 20 min ride befor my batt is at 1 bar from a full on both scooters they are only 2 weeks old

This bike is junk, rear derailler bent the first time out, was 3 miles from home and had to walk the bike home. Biggest piece of junk I ever purchased. Fixed bike and will no longer ride this junk bike. Would not recommend this bike to my worst enemy. After purchasing bike never heard form Ride Panda except for these surveys.

The first couple of weeks were great and super fun, I got the scooter for work transportation(3miles all together). After a moth the battery doesn’t hold a good charge, it’s very slow at Acceleration.

Well, customer service has been communicative at least, so add one star for that. I was sent the wrong size bike, though. This bike was also missing several necessary parts, so even then, I couldn’t try it out. It’s been a few weeks, and while customer service is responsive to my questions, they still haven’t given me any real answers, much less taken concrete action steps to get the right bike or parts to me!

I am very unhappy with my merchandise. I paid almost six hundred dollars and it goes no more than four to five blocks before the battery is damn near dead. It was completely a waste of my money
