“I brought a sample box online and I am left very disappointed. All products have been stale and do not taste amazing! I was so looking forward to these and I am so glad I didn't start a subscription! The caramel slice even had what I assume to be baking parchment inside! This is not acceptable! I will not be purchasing again and wasting my money on inedable products! I'll stick to making my own brownies which are much better than! Maybe I should start my own brownie making business if this is what 'good' quality brownies are? I'd make a fortune!”
“Ridiculously rich? More like ridiculously dry and ridiculously expensive! Had high hopes for the cakes here and even after paying £3 for a (small) slice of brownie I was hoping the taste would be worth the price. It wasn’t. Firstly, it cannot be freshly baked as there was a month plus expiry date on it, secondly it tasted dry and stale like it had been made weeks ago and thirdly it was meant to be a creme brûlée brownie but it didn’t taste anything remotely like creme brûlée. Really disappointed in this place, like ridiculously disappointed…”
“The coffee shop in llandudno it's the wrong place. The paddling pool suppose to be for a low cost day out with the kids to grab a ice cream or chips or..but if you willing to pay £4 for hot chocolate that's your choice so if you heading this summer to llandudno for the paddling pool make sure you take picnic bags with you full of foods and drinks otherwise is going to cost you a arm and leg for so called rich by alana. From the miserable staff till you get your coffe and it's cold in the end and even the cake nothing special about it you can get it from any back freezer in any supermarket and if you fancy a milkshake you will be better off in Macdonald's at least you not going to pay £7. And don't bother leave a bad comment on her Facebook page because it will get deleted and you will be blocked so do not take her Facebook good comment as a reference”
“Very disappointing. The squares were rather small for £2.50 each, but I wouldn't have minded to pay that much if the product had been top quality. Unfortunately, it wasn't. Dry and flavourless (cheap ingredients, especially the chocolate?) and there was no real difference in flavour/texture between the different types. Not much love or thought went into them.”

A nice box of assorted bars, all looked very good but on tasting they are dreadful, certainly there is no home-made flavour about them. Tasteless, it's hard to distinguish between any of the flavours, the biscuit base, the filling, the topping, the chocolate, it all merges into one chewy messy flavour that is a waste of time eating.
I'm not surprised to see that Lord Sugar got his money out as soon as he could, I wouldn't want to be associated with failure either. Neither does she put a sell by date on the individual cellophane packets, just the box, they could have been made years ago.”

“These are the worse chocolate brownies I have ever tasted. I bought two boxes for Christmas gifts. As soon as they arrived I was doubtful by the sheer weight of the boxes... so heavy. I bought the Creme Brulee. Such a disappointment! Really dense texture and so sickly. Couldn't even finish one and fear the rest will be for the birds. Wish I had stayed with Gower Cottage!

“Had high hopes as the pictures look amazing but on opening the box there was a tear in the wrapper of one of the millionaires shortbread. The brownies were all rock hard and tasteless. I was glad I didn’t pay full price. All appeared to be different sizes. Overall disappointed which is a shame as was very excited to purchase.”

I ordered a Mixed box to arrive in time for Xmas so that the family and the kids can enjoy a nice little treat over the period.
However, a week after ordering the box turned up at my door.
I was very very confused as I was more than sure I clicked for the order to be delivered around the 22nd December 2020.
I then emailed the help desk and asked her to look into this for me and the reply from the Customer Support person was that I had made a mistake and that I should freeze the cakes....
There were also 2 cakes that were pretty squashed and again I was told that they are not responsible for what happens during delivery and that once it leaves their site it's not their problem.
This is not a good attitude, if I was to order a glass pane from someone and the glass arrived broken - I would get in touch with the supplier and it would be their responsibility to see what has happened. The fact that they wanted to remain blameless is lazy and a terrible attitude.
All I was asking for was for a replacement box to be sent out nearer the time and I can give this box away to someone who needed the food/ someone on the street.
Instead I was told that I should check what I'm doing next time.
I haven't even tried them yet as I still intend to give them away regardless.
I won't be ordering anymore and I won't recommend this place to anyone else.
I have already told my friends to stay away.

She has provided a service for coffee and cakes,savory and chips delicate cakes which are delicious.
There has been a lovely atmosphere waiting for coffee along with other locals to chat to on the decking.
The staff are very pleasant working flat out to cater with the demand.
This cafe take away has attacked all ages but mai ly students and younger generations.
We thought was great to go walking on promenade and have a coffee / cake to take away and sit on promenade.
We all wish Alana the very best hoping her buisness continues to flourish.”

“The company delivered me the wrong box and when I wrote to them they offered me a 25% discount on it or told me I'd have to go to the Post Office to return it, and for a 40-minute round-trip it wasn't worth it.
Not only is their customer service appalling but the products are surprisingly awful. Most of the brownies were stale and dry, the Rocky Road was inedible and it was only the Lotus Rocky Road that I'd want to eat again. Considering the price of these they are not worth it at all.”
