Orders from this place 2 different iAd boxes for gifts for customers via their tik tok. Opened one to have a look and 3 of the 9 cakes went straight in the bin. One had crystallise icing that had been on the bag too long and sweated off, one had foreign black object baked or stuck onto it and another had all the filling oozing out and it was crushed by the lid of their box bing forced down which was evident. I contacted for a refund as I then had to go out and buy another gift as couldn’t give this to someone, cost me more money and a half days holiday. Offered to refund me 3 slices of cake, didn’t seem to understand the issue here at all. Spent nearly £50 on two boxes of these “cakes” as gifts. I had to race out and spend another £20 on replacement gift. Disgraceful. It has now been brought to my attention today from my lovely customer whom I gave the large box to as a gift and who was embarrassed to tell me that there were around 8 cakes they had to throw away due to various reasons, again, a big black foreign object on one of them, all the icing off of 2 of them that was bric hard and stale, another cake had some “blue” marks on the bottom which they think was mould. What an embarrassment this has caused me and my customer felt embarrassed today telling me about it. A total waste of my hard earned money and you should be ashamed of this standard of food and service and to offer me a refund for 3 slices is scandalous. I regret not having more photos to show you the unsatisfactory job you have done and what a waste of my £50.”
“Ordered off TikTok, mystery 15 slice box for special occasion. Worst brownies myself and guests have tasted. Dense, claggy, all different sizes greasy and way too sweet. Wished I'd read reviews first. Also coughing, sneezing and no hair coverings worn on live. Stick to Costa for the best brownies, even Lidl stock better items.”
“I purchased from the website for a birthday gift, I got an order number and then heard nothing back. I contacted them 3 times and was ignored. I went on TikTok and contacted them to ask why they don't answer messages and got accused of being a troll and blocked. In a nutshell if you don't purchase on TikTok you won't get your order and the company will ignore you. I had to go through my payment provider to get my money back. They should not have a website if they ignore orders made through it. An awful company that ignores customers who purchase through the website. Please take the website down if it isn't monitored as this is very unfair to customers who don't chose to use TikTok.”
“Very prompt delivery, the goods were okay, but very sweet, very sugary, not something you could or should eat on a regular basis, maybe as an occasional treat, even cut in half or quarters to have a small amount at a time, in this day and age of obesity and diabetes, you need to be careful of fat and sugar overload, also where is the information on ingredients, because of allergies etc”
“I've ordered many boxes before and enjoyed but this time i ordered a 9 slice and only 3 came, i contacted customer service and they accused me of lying and sent "proof" which was clearly taken on the day of my refund request and not of my order, reason I know this is because they were live on tiktok at the time.”

“I didn’t want to have to write a review on this as I know as a small buisiness it is hard however I feel I have no choice. I placed an order on 25/05 - still not recevied - I have tried to contact via email, Facebook, TikTok and TikTok live and no response to my enquiry of where my order is after ample time and messages read. Very poor customer service. Can’t review the cakes as not received - definitely need to look into there customer service procedures and issue timely responses at least within 5 working days”
“Order if you want your items to come with hairs on! Also when i told the staff on live my items came with a hair on i was told “hopefully it was mine” by a girl packing orders with her hair down and no hair net in sight. Unacceptable and so unprofessional for a food business to say. AVOID!”
