"Very poor quality winter boots, yet very expensive. Beautiful looking boots fell apart after one winter of infrequent use. Leather (or fake leather) ripped & separated from soles."

The uppers of them are still in almost perfect condition but the soles of both shoes have split as shown in the photo below. I contacted Reiker about them and was advised in a very abrupt email that it is beyond the 12 month warranty period so they will take no action. \r\n\r\nI recently bought a pair of Rieker boots and I have worn them a lot as really comfortable and warm - fingers crossed they last longer than my trainers."
