“The product I ordered DID NOT WORK!!! I sent an email stating that it wasn't working and stating the problem. I received a response from support requesting a screen shot of the error message so they could resolve the problem or send me a new product. I replied as requested, but have not had a response in over a week!”
“I received a link to download a file, which I did. When I tried to run the file to install it, i was asked to burn the file onto a CD. When I explained this to Amber (customer service rep) I was then provided with another link with instructions to "you just need to download the free tool Pismo, and then go on with mount ISO file to virtual disk, and install" All theses steps seem much too complicated. So when I reached out to Amber to help resolve the issue or refund my purchase my emails were not responded to.”
“Your little fake chat applet really sucks. It is clearly automated, even though you imply a "live" chat. After you describe your issue in the fake chat session, it immediately asks for an email address that you claim will be used to email you a resolution for your issue. What actually happens is that you then sell that email address and use to spam customers. You claim that someone will contact you via email to "resolve" the issue that you opened the chat session for, but I never received any response regarding my issue, but I did IMMEDIATELY start getting unwanted spam.
I will never do business with Ritded again, and would encourage anyone to steer clear of this morally corrupt organization.”
“The download took much longer than expected, failed to install several times and will not operate now that is installed.
There is no support of any kind and the two numbers I called for assistance had no one answering. They are difficult to
reach for tech support or any other transaction. Our reason for getting their phone numbers was to ask for a refund.
