“I ordered the BBQ on the 22nd of December 2020, and thought it would be delivered after Christmas or in the New Year. But no I had call from Riverside that day saying they could deliver in the 23rd I could not believe it. I had a call from the driver of the day of delivery to say he 15/10 minutes from my house. I thanked him and the member of staff for this. This is the second time I have used Riverside over the years and have had great service on both occasions. Thank you once again.”

“Excellent product range, we purchased a Weber Gas BBQ. Riverside was recommend to us and now I know why. Absolutely superb customer service, delivery of our purchase arrived very quickly by courier with a phone-call from Riverside to confirm dispatch and phone-call from the courier with an ETA of our order.”

“This is our 2nd Weber kettle - our previous one last 20 years. Riverside are reliable, their delivery was fast and efficient and we had great delivery updates. The bbq is superb. I spoke to Chris who gave me great advice on my choice of Weber, very friendly, approachable and helpful. We buy all of our Weber products from Riverside - usually going to the shop, which is full of great stock. My husband has been on a cooking course too and we are just waiting for them to go live again to book another 2, one for my brother's 60th and a smoking one for my husband. Super service - thanks Riverside!”
