“easy order process, quick delivery.... next day in fact included in the price for my purchase. item had a fault on delivery from the manufacturer .. 2 emails and there's a new part on its way. customer service at its best coupled with the manufacturer's involvement and not forgetting the great service by the courier ... DPD . Class as i always find :)”

“Purchased a weber replacement part and it arrived in good time and packaged well. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong part, Riverside were very helpful in the return of the part. I have used them in the past and will continue to use for my BBQ needs.”
